Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the product you purchased, you have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to request a return for your product. 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

When first trying on your product, we ask that you please wear underwear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

To start a return, you can contact us at thongo.customerservices@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns must be received within 14 business day from return approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your item is received. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

A $6 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of product. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
