Shipping Times
All orders are shipped via USPS Economy - 5-8 business days.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Shipment Tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on www.thongo.store. If you do not have an account, you can easily set one up for future orders.

Change of Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
